Dunfermline goes live
Dunfermline is the latest UK BID to introduce Maestro for their warden team, and is the 4th in Scotland. Dunfermline requested a number of changes to Maestro to support their operation, these have been done, and have now been made available to all users (it is an automatic update, no action is required by the user). The changes included definition of business categories, the ability to search for businesses by category, the ability to support full business address (including post codes), etc
Part of the reason for Dunfermline to make these requests is that it does not have a traditional “CRM” database application, so they had no easy way to print business address labels. The above changes means that Maestro now performs this function, yet again demonstrating how flexible the application can be in meeting user demands.
